My device isn’t working. Help!?
First, ensure that the battery is charged and that you are following the operation instructions properly.
To confirm that it is the battery that is not working, rather than the cartridge, test the cartridge by inhaling through the mouthpiece to check for airflow. If there’s no airflow, you have a clogged cartridge or connection point. To solve this problem, you can:
–Clean the connection point where the cartridge meets the battery with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol. (Dry it off before trying to use it again.)
– Heat the oil in the cartridge with the preheat function. (Click the power button twice.)
My battery just blinks red but it is charged.
If your battery is blinking red that indicates that it is not charged. It is possible that your charger is no longer functioning properly. To tell if your charger is no longer operating plug in your battery and charger – if your charger light turns green and no light turns on the pen then your charger is no longer working. Try using another charger to be sure this is the issue.
If these troubleshooting tips don’t work and the device still isn’t working, then you should be covered under our warranty.
